ALL PURCHASE ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items after an order is confirmed.

Due to the fresh, organic, and personal care nature of our formulations, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We inspect every item carefully before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@themocandco.com within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Condition for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be strictly unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. The original item must be returned to us for quality inspection.

Right of Refusal

moc & co. reserves the right to refuse any replacement requests if we determine the items have been intentionally damaged, opened, or misused.
