Processing Time 

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after successful payment, orders placed after 12am on a Friday, or the weekend, will be processed the following business day. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

However, during certain periods (in particular during sales and other promotional events), the processing period may be longer due to the greater number of orders to be delivered.

We ship orders by SF Express, FREE local shipping in Hong Kong & Macau is offered for orders over HK$500, for orders under HK$500, shipping will be pay on delivery.

Excludes remote/restricted areas: Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands, Airport, Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Lion Rock, and restricted zones.
